It isn’t about planting new seeds—but more about them finally taking root.

At breakfast this morning we were reading this horoscope about the new moon in Cancer, about it having been a big year of change and finding our authentic selves, about it being the perfect time for love (we flew out of LAX for our honeymoon the day the new moon love energy began), and a time for the seeds (of love) to finally take root. It all rang so true for us, and I can’t imagine a better time to be on a pilgrimage with my love. Beginning with my cousins, aunts and uncles here in Modena, meeting up with our chosen family friend tomorrow in Firenze, Sofia’s old stomping grounds and friends in Madrid, to the Camino de Santiago under the Milky Way, to a new place for both of us: Portugal.
